Forum Order Booking Software
Exhibition Booking Module
Forum has the ability to book many different types of media, each one of these modules is individually configurable and can be used either with the Forum Advertising solution or on its own.
In the Exhibition module you can book exhibitions to a specified start date and location. There is the ability to rate per stand or shell, and for automatically assigning different rates for re-booking customers.
It is possible for customers to book one or more items within an exhibition, such as a stand, workshop, seminar, sponsorship and extras such as network points. All items can rate automatically and have a deal price or % discount applied.
Exhibitions can be given a quote status, as well as the ability to cancel and reinstate as required.
STAND: The size of the stand can be entered, and the price will be determined by this. The user can specify the text for the Name Board for the stand and also the stand number for planning purposes.
WORKSHOP: A customer can book extra items instead of or in addition to a stand at the exhibition. A workshop being held at the exhibition can be booked to, and its room and time slot specified. Multiple workshops can be booked to on one booking.
SPONSORSHIP: It is possible for a customer to sponsor an exhibition. This does not have to be booked in conjunction with a stand. Each level of sponsorship can have its own rate attached, which can be overridden by deal price or percentage discount.
SEMINAR: Customers can book to seminars by selecting tickets or tables. Each one has their own price specified and for reporting purposes the number of seats per table, and the quantity of tables/ tickets are stored.
EXTRA: Additional charges can be made to an exhibition booking via the Extra tab. These can include gift bags, network points, lighting etc. It is possible to have multiple extras on one booking. Extra items can have their own vat rules, so while an exhibition may be subject to vat, the extra item can be exempt.
Payment plans give full flexibility, allowing for part payment for exhibition items if required. In the example shown, the Stand payment is split over 3 dates, whereas the Sponsorship payment is not.
VAT rules can also be assigned where appropriate to allow for full VAT compliance.
