Forum SOP has been designed from the beginning to work with an integrated CRM capability.
The CRM module enables the user to compile information about a customer to be used before engaging in a selling activity whether proactively or reactively. Some of the information will be generated by the system, particularly with reminders to make initial, regular and follow up calls.
As a SOP system, Forum handles the sale initially as just that and then follows a different process depending on whether it is intended for print, web, exhibition, sundry item or any combination.
