Event Booking Module

Forum has the ability to book many different types of media, each one of these modules is individually configurable and can be used either with the Forum Advertising solution or on its own.

In the Event Booking module you can book tickets for customers, extra items and charge for sponsorship.

All items can rate automatically and have a deal price or % discount applied.

• TICKETS: Seating locations are configurable for each ticket event. Some seating locations would only suit ticket holders (e.g. the circle) and others could accommodate tables. The system will not allow the user to book a table unless the seating location will allow it - therefore minimising booking errors. Tickets can be charged individually whereas tables are charged per table.
A discount can also be automatically applied if a nominee books a ticket.
• EXTRAS: It is possible to charge for extra items such as champagne, gift bags etc. A flexible rating structure allows these items to be charged individually or per table. It is also possible to restrict items so they are only available to table ticket holders. VAT rules can be assigned to extras, overriding the vat being applied to the event itself, allowing for full VAT compliance.
• SPONSORSHIP: There is functionality within the events booking module to charge customers for sponsoring a ticket event. Each level of sponsorship can have its own price assigned to it.
• Payment plans give full flexibility, allowing for part payment for specific event items if required. Awards can be given a quote status, as well as the ability to cancel and reinstate as required.
